All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Within the United States

Products shipped from our US warehouse have a standard delivery time of approximately 3-7 business days (including customs clearance; no additional customs clearance is required within the US). If the product is out of stock at our US warehouse and needs to be shipped from our China warehouse, the delivery time is approximately 3-8 business days (excluding customs clearance).

Other Countries and Regions

Products shipped from our China warehouse have a delivery time of approximately 3-8 business days (excluding customs clearance). Customs clearance times may vary depending on the customs policies and procedures of the destination country/region, and may extend in some areas. We will do our best to assist with customs clearance.

Logistics Support

All orders come with tracking. After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and account center, allowing you to track your package's real-time status. If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant proof (such as photos of the damage and shipping records). We will provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution based on the circumstances. We will promptly communicate with you and make every effort to resolve any logistics delays or anomalies caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, or customs policy adjustments), but we assume no liability.

$39.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping across all regions.

For orders under $39.99, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination country/region, and exact rates will be displayed on the checkout page.

Note: Expedited delivery and other special shipping services will generate extra surcharges regardless of order amount.

Shipping & Tax Policy for EU Orders

Import One‑Stop Shop (IOSS) Information

We are registered under the EU Import One‑Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme for eligible low‑value consignments (goods not exceeding €150).

For orders shipped to European Union member states with order value ≤ €150:
‑ Value‑Added Tax (VAT) is collected at checkout on our website.
‑ No additional VAT will be requested from you upon delivery.
‑ Import duties are not applicable for parcels within the IOSS threshold.

Please note: IOSS only covers VAT for goods valued under €150. If your order contains items exceeding €150, local customs rules will apply, and extra taxes or duties may be charged by customs upon arrival.

We ship directly from China. Final customs clearance remains subject to the local customs authority’s verification.
